Whether it’s through our monthly employee forum, practice pin ups or our dedicated ‘impact days’, it’s important we’re creating a more open dialogue through inclusive feedback and have our team help shape this culture.

It's so uplifting to see the efforts made by employers and teams to foster better workplaces and be recognised in more awards and accreditations. Off the back of major improvements (46% better to be exact) in our recent B Corporation re-certification, this process has helped both sharpen our efforts to create positive impacts for our team, whilst also highlighting areas where we feel there is still work to do. It’s encouraging to see that professional bodies are looking at what organisations of all sizes and structures are doing and setting the framework for what good looks like.
